How long does wine keep after opening the bottle? Is there any prescribed way of storing it?

After opening the bottle, wine can stay for 2 days in refrigerator at a very cold temperature after that it can be left outside to ferment and can be used as vinegar.

I saw a recipe for Saag on the Indiatimes website.  I have eaten the dish at a local Indian restaraunt and would love to make it at home (it is the only way I will touch cooked spinach! lol).  The recipe called for something called "mock cream."  What is this?  Can it be bought or made at home??  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Respectfully,
Jason Ziebold

Cream is the thick part of milk that is rich in fat and can be used to make butter it gives creamier taste to the Palak Paneer.
