Aloo Dum
Ingredients
500 gm small Potatoes
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Meat masala
1 can tomato puree
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
3 fresh green chillies (chopped)
for garnish Coriander leaves
Method
Wash the potatoes and place in a large bowl with 4 tbsp of water. Cover and
Microwave at High for 7 to 8 min. Peel the potatoes and set aside.
Place the oil, meat masala, tomato puree, cumin seeds, ginger, chillies
and water in casserole, cover and microwave at Med temp. for 6 to 8 minutes.
Add the boiled potatoes, mix well, Cover and Microwave at Med temp. for
another 5 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with pooris.
