Cauliflower Buds
Ingredients
1/2 kg Cauliflower
1 tbsp White butter
1" Ginger (grated)
1 Green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Garam-Masala
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Green corriander leaves (chopped)
Method
1) Wash and cut cauliflower into very small pieces.
2) Heat butter in a bowl add all the ingredients to it except corriander leaves. Mix them well.
3) Sprinkle little water and cook for 10 mins in microwave on high
setting.
4) When cooked garnish with corriander leaves.
