MASALA NOODLES
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups noodles (boiled)
1/2 cup onion (sliced)
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp corriander leaves
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry onions.
Add all the ingredients, except noodles.
Cook masala for 2-3 mins then.
Add boiled noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes
Serve hot.
