KUCH KHANE KO DO?

LEMON RICE

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice
1 onion (sliced)
1 green chilli (diced)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
8-10 curry leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt


For Garnishing:
coriander leaves (chopped)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
When it crackles, add onions and chillies.
Cook till light brown then add rice.
Mix well with salt and lemon juice.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
