Kuch Khane Ko do?                

BHUJIYA OF PAPAD

INGREDIENT:
4 papads (dal)
1/2 cup cheese (chopped)
1/3 cup green coriander leaves (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Lemon


Method:
Make crisp papads on a gas burner directly.
Then crumble them.
Mix cheese, green coriander leaves green chillies salt & pepper powder with the crumbled
papads.  Squeeze lemon juice at the time of serving.
