Kuch Khane Ko do?

MATHARI CHAAT

INGREDIENT:
8-10 small mathari
1/2 cup curd (beaten)
1/4 tsp black salt
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
Salt to taste
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
2 tbsp green coriander leaves (chopped)
1/4 tsp cumin powder (roasted)
1/4 tsp chilli powder


Method:
Break the mathari into 2 halves.
Place on a plate.
Pour curd over it and then tamarind chutney.
Garnish with chopped green chillies and green coriander leaves.
Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, black salt and cumin powder on
top & serve immediately.
