Family's daily menu should be planned according to family
member's taste, their health and needs of individual members.
Hard and fast rules cannot be laid down for daily eating, as for
special and formed occasions. Neither the food habits of the
family can be altered completely.
Plan lunch, dinner, breakfast and evening tea in such a way
that they provide all the nutrition necessary for a day. At the
same time they should not be monotonous.
All the meals should have variety. They should be good be
eat and balanced too. Choice and necessity of children, adults,
elders, sick should be incorporated in your menu.

Satisfaction, taste and enjoyment Should be given priority.
Make it a habit to serve food in an attractive way. Special decors
could be used for special occasions. Good food not served in an
attractive manner will kill appetite and even if the food is not good
and tasty but presented in a pleasant way will enhance appetite.
Joy of eating a well served food has its effect on the digestive system.
