Peas & Minced Meat
Ingredients
1/2 kg Minced meat
250 gms Shelled Peas
1/2 cup Tomato Puree
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Green chilli paste
2 Green Chillies (crushed)
1 stick Cinnamon (crushed)
2-3 Cloves
2-3 Bay leaves (crushed)
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam-Masala
Salt To taste
2 tsp Green corriander leaves
1 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Method
1) Mix all the ingredients except salt in a baking bowl.
2) Cover and keep aside for 2 hrs.
3) Then cook for about 10 mins in microwave. Keep stirring every 2-3 mins.
4) When done add salt. Mix well.
5) Sprinkle Corriander leaves & Serve hot.

(Add little water if required)
